One of my favorite workouts is training with weights. It really tones my muscles and keeps my arms lean. I always feel the burn afterward, but it’s worth it! I also like boxing to work my arms and core strength, ballet to elongate and stay supple, and jumping rope to warm up before any workout. As for my own V-Day plans this year, I'm going to be in NYC and my boyfriend will be in Brazil, so I’m going to have a girls' night out. For a midday pick-me-up, I’m having my usual Earl Grey tea latte—with a side of red lipstick. On the way to another event, we got stuck in traffic in the middle of Times Square. I used the chance to take in the scenery—and snap a selfie. Whenever I’m in New York, I miss my two little pups, who are back in Brazil. Wish I could take them with me everywhere I go! It’s so strange opening the door to my apartment and not seeing their sweet faces. I like to eat fresh, organic food and loads of fruit and vegetables. If I eat something that’s not fresh, I feel it immediately, so I crave good food. And I crave meat—I grew up on a dairy and beef farm. I don’t cut anything out, and if I overdo it, I just work out more.
