To get a body like Candice Swanepoel, is not easy, she works so hard for the amazing body she has. Candice Lover will tell you some of her secrets that she shares with us about her body.

This is Candice's photo from Instagram. "No one in her family has a body like her - she works so hard for it and even harder than me!" Says her personal tranner, Justin Gelband.
Justin replied us on Twitter, when we asked if Candice was a hard worker:

So as he said, Candice works harder than her personal tranner, even he is a workaholic.

"In the snap, the South African stunner is seen doing leg crunches in a pair of very tight workout leggings and a white sports bra, which also expertly shows off her supremely toned tummy.
Wearing ankle weights, Candice works up a sweat as she flexes her leg and bottom muscles.
She does the exercise in front of a mirror in what appears to be a private gym."

She says 'Butt Workouts' are the most important in her regime. She uses Yoga and Box too. Candice says that boxing helps her very much and yoga, too.

 'I have to eat a lot because my metabolism is nuts, although I don't know how long it'll be like that!' she said.
